Professional Experience and Institutional Contribution

McCJames joined the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) of the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), Ho, in 2016 as a Senior ICT Assistant (Audio-Visual). In this role, he worked collaboratively with the University's schools, directorates and institutes, providing technical, creative and skills-based support across the institution.

He was subsequently reassigned to the Directorate of Public Affairs, where he has continued to contribute to the University's communication, branding and public information objectives while rising through the ranks to Junior Assistant Registrar.

His contributions have supported the University's visual identity while providing practical and cost-effective solutions to its communication and production needs.

He has also played critical roles in the organisation, branding and visual production of major University events, helping establish professional standards from their formative stages.
