About Me

I am a Senior Systems Analyst and currently the Head of Academic Computing at the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), with over a decade of experience in ICT operations, educational technology, and academic leadership.

I hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Informatics from the University of Mannheim, Germany, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Information Technology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia. My professional background includes significant experience at global organisations such as SAP and Adidas, where I focused on SAP retail release management, ERP migrations, and ICT project strategy.

Since joining UHAS, I have held several key leadership positions within the ICT directorate. As the former Head of ICT Services and Head of User Support, I spearheaded the deployment of university-wide central ticket management systems and managed critical infrastructure to support academic delivery.

I am a dedicated professional committed to continuous improvement in systems process alignment and the advancement of innovative computing solutions. My current focus involves strengthening institutional academic data integrity and exploring advanced technical strategies to safeguard academic enterprise systems
