I am the Head of Performance, Education and Training (PET) Department at the Human Resource Directorate, providing strategic leadership in staff performance management, capacity development and continuous professional learning across the University.
I hold an MSc. in Management and Human Resource Strategy and a bachelor’s degree in Publishing from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. With over 13 years of experience in university administration, I bring a strong background in university governance, human resource strategy and organizational management to my current role.
As Head of Department, I oversee the University’s performance management processes and lead the planning and implementation of staff education and training programmes. I conduct training needs assessments, recommend targeted interventions and promote professional growth at all levels. I believe learning should translate into real-world practice, strengthen capabilities and improve performance outcomes.
I am well known for my collaborative and people-centered leadership style and I am committed to building supportive frameworks that empower staff to excel while contributing meaningfully to the University’s mission. Through my leadership, the Performance, Education and Training Department continues to serve as a strategic partner in achieving the strategic goals of the Directorate of Human Resource.
