I am a Computer Engineering graduate currently working in Academic Computing, with knowledge and practical experience in IT support, software troubleshooting, system configuration, and technical problem-solving. In my role, I support academic systems and assist staff and students with system-related issues to ensure smooth academic and administrative operations.

In addition to my Academic Computing experience, I have knowledge of programming and web technologies including Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and basic database management. I also knowledge in cloud and DevOps technologies including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, and CI/CD workflows.
