About Me

I am a dedicated and result-driven Transport and Fleet Management Professional with a strong foundation in Automobile and Mechanical Engineering and advanced training in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. With over a decade of progressive experience in institutional fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, safety management and transport coordination, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership in optimizing transport systems and promoting operational efficiency.

My academic journey reflects a blend of technical and managerial excellence. I hold a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Wisconsin International University College (2023–2024), a Bachelor of Technology in Automobile Engineering from Ho Technical University (2017–2019), and a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Accra Technical University (2012–2015). My technical roots trace back to the Accra Technical Training Centre (2007–2011), where I earned an Intermediate and Core Certificate in Automobile Engineering, serving as Class Representative throughout my training.

Professionally, I have served with distinction at the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), Ho, where I rose through the ranks from Transport Assistant to Senior Assistant Transport Officer at the Fred N. Binka School of Public Health. My work has been instrumental in streamlining vehicle operations, enforcing safety standards, improving maintenance culture and enhancing cost control mechanisms across the institution’s fleet.

Throughout my career, I have successfully initiated and managed several impactful projects, including:

  • The University Vehicle Maintenance and Fleet Optimization Project - which improved operational reliability and reduced downtime.
  • The Fuel Consumption Monitoring and Control Initiative - enhancing fuel accountability and cutting waste.
  • The Transport Safety and Defensive Driving Training Project - fostering a culture of safe and ethical driving.
  • The Vehicle Documentation and Compliance System - ensuring full regulatory compliance and timely renewals.
  • The Fleet Risk Assessment and Accident Response Framework - improving the institution’s response and reporting mechanisms.
  • The Driver Scheduling and Operational Coordination System - optimizing resource use and reducing idle time.

A proud member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE), I combine my technical acumen, leadership skills and data-driven approach to deliver sustainable and efficient transport solutions. Fluent in English, Ga, Ewe, and Twi, I bring a unique blend of communication, technical expertise, and managerial discipline to every role I undertake. My professional philosophy is rooted in integrity, service and continuous improvement - driving innovation in the transport and logistics sector of UHAS.
