I am an Associate Professor in Computational Organic Chemistry in the Department of Basic Sciences, University of Health and Allied Sciences, Ho. My experience lie in the application of  Molecular Modeling and Machine Learning techniques in the mechanistic studies of the broad class of olefin oxidation and epoxidation reactions characterized by high valent transition metal oxo complexes as crucial intermediates in drug development, Density Functional Theory (DFT) studies and molecular docking evaluation of inhibitory potential of heterocyclic compounds against enzymes as targets for drug development, Design and optimization of metal-based drugs in cancer treatment and Rational design and optimization of materials, which are crucial for efficient energy conversion.
