I am a Senior Lecturer at the School of Basic and Biomedical Sciences at the University of Health and Allied Sciences. I am a Statistician by training and a bilingual in English and French. At the University of Health and Allied Sciences, I teach courses such as Quantitative Literacy, Biostatistics and Research Methods at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
I hold a BSc in Actuarial Science from the University of Development Studies and MSc and MPhil degrees in Statistics from Regent University College of Science and Technology and University of Ghana respectively. I also hold a PhD in Applied Statistics from the C. K. Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences.
I joined the University of Health and Allied Sciences in 2016. Prior to that, I worked as a part-time lecturer at Wisconsin International University College. I am also the co-founder of a research and consultancy firm that provides training and support in research and statistical analysis. I am currently a member of the Gestational Weight Gain (GWG) Pooling Project Consortium, which focuses on research on gestational weight gain and neonatal outcomes in low- and middle-income countries. I have also published several research articles in peer-reviewed journals.
