I am a university administrator and emerging Higher Education Management expert with over fifteen years of progressive experience in academic administration, institutional governance and organizational development. I currently serve as the Assistant Registrar and Head of Administration at the Institute of Health Research, University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), Ho, Ghana.

I  provide strategic and operational leadership for administrative functions, oversee human resource activities, manage institutional records and assets, and support research coordination and policy implementation across the Institute’s Centers. My leadership ensures the smooth execution of conferences, seminars and other academic events, while fostering a culture of administrative excellence and accountability.

I am a Chartered Management Consultant, a Chartered Professional Administrator and I hold a Master of Education in Educational Management and Policy from Northeast Normal University, China and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology from the Presbyterian University, Ghana.

My interests span management and administration, organizational performance, human resource management, policy development and higher education leadership. Over the years, I have served in various administrative capacities in UHAS including Principal Administrative Assistant at the Directorate of Academic Affairs and Senior Administrative Assistant at the School of Basic and Biomedical Sciences and earlier at the Presbyterian University College, Ghana, where I began my administrative career.

I have contributed extensively to university governance through active membership on several boards and committees such as the UHAS Governing Council, Audit Committee, Research Conference Planning Committee, Health and Safety Policy Committee, Congregation Committee, University Security and Safety Committee, Ranking Committee and the Institute of Health Research Ethics Committee amongst others.

I have also co-authored a peer-reviewed publication on human resource information system adoption in tertiary institutions and have participated in numerous professional conferences, workshops and capacity-building seminars on educational administration, institutional governance, ethics and human resource management.
