I currently serve as a Senior Administrative Assistant in the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor at the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS). My career in the University administration began in 2017 during my National Service. I later served as the Project Administrative Officer for the UHAS–Yonsei University Project and then as Administrative Assistant and Senior Administrative Assistant in the School of Medicine.
Across these roles, I contribute meaningfully to the University’s development by supporting academic operations, student services and assisting leadership with decision-making and institutional planning. My work involves ensuring smooth operational workflow, maintaining essential records and supporting the implementation of projects and academic programmes that strengthen the University’s mission.
My professional interest focuses on governance and decision-making for sustainable and strong institutions. I am particularly interested in board/committee effectiveness, stakeholder governance and institutional legitimacy and the role of governance and regulatory frameworks in addressing institutional voids.
Additionally, I explore how Digital Leadership (MIS) can enhance strategic governance and strengthen institutional transformation.
