I currently provide technical support in a university environment, where I assist staff and students with software installation, operating system configuration, hardware and software troubleshooting, and general system maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations. I am experienced in diagnosing technical issues, resolving user-related problems, and supporting the efficient use of IT resources within an organizational setting.
In addition to my IT support experience, I have knowledge of programming and web technologies including Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, as well as database management using SQL.
