Samuel Forkuo is a Senior Systems Analysis and currently the Head of Department of the Administrative Computing Department within the ICT Directorate of the University of Health and Allied Sciences. Prior to this, he was the head of the Academic Computing Department within the same Directorate.

He was first appointed in 2014 and he together with Emmanuel Prempeh established the Academic Affairs Unit which is now a Directorate and acted as the first Head of the Unit. 

Before his appointment at the university, he worked as a Chief Technician within the Student Records and Management Information Section (SRMIS) at the University of Cape Coast.
